Marketers love to say, “Perception IS reality”. Our “reality” is made up of our thoughts, emotional memories, and mindsets. Using a new wave of alternative approaches to therapy, the aspect of technology used to manipulate one’s physiological abilities will offer an intriguing hypothesis for changing and documenting human behavior. This concept can be explored through three questions: How can I use biofeedback to offer insight into the brain and its functions? How can I amplify performance through the synchronizations of physiological rhythms to natural rhythms? How can the utilization of light therapy enhance performance?
